Villa Luxus on prestigious Clifton in Cape Town is one of the city’s most decadent holiday villas. With spectacular views, cutting-edge design and a fully staffed home at your service, it offers five double en suite bedrooms and an atmosphere of pure, floating relaxation, minutes from the action.

Five Bedrooms of Considered Luxury

All five double bedrooms are en suite with king size beds and sea views. The rooms are spacious and finished with every luxury: black-out blinds, wide-screen televisions and air conditioning throughout, with some rooms enjoying their own fireplaces. The living spaces are expansive, offering a corner for every mood, and the modern decor with its impressive art collection oozes style and sophistication.

Terraces Made for Golden Hour

The outdoor terraces are arguably the best in Clifton, with 270-degree views over the Atlantic Ocean and the Twelve Apostles, the sun setting right in front of you as you look over Clifton and Camps Bay. Outside you will find a decadent fire pit with built-in seating, a rim flow pool, leather outdoor seating and loungers, and a unique ‘New York Style’ bar area for evening cocktails. A gym, massage room, study, wine cellar and two outdoor showers complete the offering.

Spoiling Service, Every Day

The villa is spoiling on every level. A private concierge service is included, with an in-house chef and daily housekeeping, and in-house staff are there to make sure your every need is met. Nestled against the mountain, the villa is protected from the wind and sits just a minute away from both the Clifton beaches and Camps Bay. A choice of Mercedes-Benz S500 or Ferrari 458 with a driver can be arranged for an additional fee.
