Concierge234 Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Concierge234 Affiliate Program (“Program”) operated by Concierge234 (“Concierge234”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By applying to, being approved for, or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register for or participate in the Program.

These Terms apply to your participation in the Program through this Concierge234 website (the “Site”) and any Concierge234 platforms linked from the Site that reference these Terms.


1. Program Overview

1.1 Purpose

The Concierge234 Affiliate Program allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring customers and buyers to Concierge234, resulting in completed bookings and qualifying sales.

1.2 Services Covered

Concierge234 connects customers with third-party vendors and partners offering, among others:

  • Airport pickups and chauffeur services
  • Luxury and executive car rentals
  • Spa and wellness experiences
  • Short-let apartments, villas and stays
  • Event and celebration packages
  • Private charter services (e.g. private jets, helicopters, yachts, where available)
  • High-value classified sales and listings (e.g. vehicles, assets and selected luxury items)
  • Other lifestyle, travel and concierge-related services and products

(collectively, the “Services”).

Concierge234 usually does not own or operate these Services directly; we coordinate vendors, bookings, payments and support.

1.3 Qualifying Transactions

For commission purposes:

  • A “Qualifying Transaction” means a completed, fully paid and non-refunded:
    • Service booking (e.g. car rental, short-let, spa visit, charter), or
    • Commissionable classified sale or purchase,
      that is properly tracked and attributed to your affiliate account in accordance with these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Application

2.1 Who can apply

The Program is open (subject to these Terms) to individuals and entities, including but not limited to:

  • Travel agents and tour operators
  • Event and wedding planners
  • Realtors and relocation consultants
  • Chauffeurs, drivers and car rental operators
  • Hotel and short-let owners or property managers
  • Lifestyle, business and travel influencers
  • Corporate PAs, admins and HR professionals
  • Students who are active on campus or social media and connect people to services and experiences
  • Networkers, community leaders and other online/offline promoters

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

2.2 Application process

To join the Program, you must:

  • Complete the online affiliate application form truthfully and fully, and
  • Provide any additional information we reasonably request.

2.3 Approval and rejection

Program participation is not automatic. We may approve or reject any application at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Incomplete, inaccurate or false information
  • Inappropriate, illegal or conflicting content on your platforms
  • Previous or suspected fraudulent or abusive behaviour

2.4 Ongoing suitability

We may revoke your affiliate status at any time if we determine that you, your content, or your promotional methods are unsuitable or in breach of these Terms.


3. Affiliate Account & Responsibilities

3.1 Account security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your affiliate login credentials, and
  • All activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access or use.

3.2 Accurate information

You agree to keep your personal details, contact information and payout details accurate and up to date in your affiliate account.

3.3 Professional conduct

You agree to:

  • Represent Concierge234 and the Services fairly, accurately and professionally
  • Treat customers, vendors and our team respectfully
  • Act in good faith and avoid any behaviour that could damage our brand or vendor relationships

4. Affiliate Links, Tracking & Promotion Methods

4.1 Tracking tools

Once approved, you will receive access to an affiliate dashboard (powered by our affiliate software) where you can obtain:

  • Unique affiliate tracking links
  • Coupon codes (where applicable)
  • Approved marketing materials and creatives

4.2 Tracking & attribution

A Qualifying Transaction is attributed to you when:

  • The customer’s session, booking or sale is clearly linked to your affiliate ID via:
    • Your unique tracking link,
    • Your coupon/code, or
    • Another tracking method we have expressly approved; and
  • The booking/sale is completed, fully paid and not refunded or cancelled; and
  • The transaction is not fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.

Our affiliate software and internal records are the final and binding source of truth for attribution and commission calculations.

4.3 Permitted promotion methods

Subject to these Terms, you may promote Concierge234 via:

  • Social media (e.g. WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Websites, landing pages and blogs
  • Email lists and newsletters (where compliant with anti-spam laws)
  • Offline methods (e.g. events, word of mouth, professional networks) that still comply with these Terms and applicable laws

4.4 Prohibited promotion methods

You must not:

  • Engage in spam or unsolicited bulk messaging (e.g. mass WhatsApp/Telegram blasts or email campaigns without appropriate consent)
  • Make false, exaggerated or misleading claims about Concierge234, vendors, Services, charters or classified listings
  • Misrepresent yourself as an employee, director or owner of Concierge234
  • Use deceptive practices, including:
    • Cookie stuffing
    • Hidden iframes or forced redirects
    • Automated bots or fake traffic generation
  • Use our name, logo or brand in a way that impersonates Concierge234 or confuses customers
  • Run paid ads that:
    • Present you as the official Concierge234 website or brand, or
    • Bid on our brand name, trademarks or domain names as keywords,
      without our prior written permission
  • Promote in any way that violates the rules of the platform you are using (e.g. Meta, Google, WhatsApp, TikTok, etc.)

4.5 Self-referrals & artificial activity

You must not:

  • Make bookings or purchases with your own affiliate links for the primary purpose of earning commission
  • Encourage fake bookings, enquiries or sales from friends, family or associates just to generate commission
  • Create multiple accounts or identities to manipulate or abuse the Program

We may cancel commissions and/or terminate your account if we suspect self-referrals or other artificial activity.


5. Services, Vendors, Charters & Classified Sales

5.1 Third-party vendors

Concierge234 acts as a facilitator between customers and independent vendors who deliver the Services. Vendors are responsible for:

  • The quality and delivery of their Services
  • Compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • The accuracy of descriptions for their Services and items

5.2 Private charter services

For private jets, helicopters, yachts and other charter arrangements:

  • Availability, pricing, safety and compliance are controlled by licensed operators and partners.
  • Affiliate commissions are only payable on Qualifying Transactions that meet our rules, are commissionable and are properly tracked to your affiliate ID.

5.3 Classified sales & listings

For classified or high-value sales (e.g. vehicles, assets and luxury items):

  • Not all listings will be commissionable. Only those for which we define and track a commission structure qualify.
  • Where commission applies, it is only payable on successful, fully paid, non-refunded sales that are properly tracked to your affiliate ID.

5.4 Changes to Services

We may add, modify, suspend or remove Services, categories, charter offerings or classified listings at any time without prior notice. This may affect which transactions are commissionable.


6. Commissions & Payouts

6.1 Standard commission structure

Unless we state otherwise in writing, the standard commission structure is:

  • Base commission:
    3% of the total booking or qualifying sale value of each completed, approved Qualifying Transaction.
  • Silver tier:
    4% after you achieve 10 confirmed Qualifying Transactions (bookings/sales) in total (lifetime), as reflected in our system.
  • Gold tier:
    5% after you achieve 30 confirmed Qualifying Transactions (bookings/sales), or where we specifically designate you as a strategic partner (for example, certain travel agencies, event planners or institutional partners).

From time to time we may run special promotions, with different commission percentages, for specific Services or time periods.

6.2 Calculation basis

Unless otherwise specified for a particular campaign or category, commissions are calculated on:

  • The total booking value or sale value paid by the customer, excluding:
    • Taxes, where applicable
    • Third-party fees or charges that are not part of Concierge234’s commission
    • Add-ons that are not processed or tracked through Concierge234

Where a different calculation basis applies (e.g. net of certain costs), we will specify this separately.

6.3 Pending, approved & cancelled commissions

  • Pending – A transaction has been tracked to your affiliate ID but:
    • The Service/sale is not yet completed, and/or
    • The transaction is within a cancellation/refund window.
  • Approved – The Service has been delivered or the sale completed; the vendor has been paid; the cancellation/refund window (if any) has passed; and we have validated the transaction as legitimate.
  • Cancelled/Rejected – The transaction is refunded, cancelled, disputed, unfulfilled or deemed fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.

Only Approved commissions are eligible for payout.

6.4 Payout schedule

Unless otherwise communicated:

  • Payouts are processed once per month for all Approved commissions that meet or exceed the minimum payout threshold.
  • The payout date (for example, around the 5th–10th of each month) and minimum threshold will be indicated in your affiliate dashboard or communicated via email.

6.5 Payout methods

Payout methods may include:

  • Local bank transfer in the country/region served by this Site (e.g. Nigeria or South Africa)
  • PayPal or other supported international payment services
  • Any additional methods we may introduce from time to time

You are responsible for ensuring that your payout details are correct and current. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect information or issues with your bank or payment provider.

6.6 Fees & taxes

  • You are responsible for any bank charges, payment processor fees or currency conversion fees charged on your side.
  • You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes, levies or duties applicable to your commission income according to your local laws.

We do not provide tax, legal or financial advice.


7. Intellectual Property & Brand Use

7.1 Our intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, names, content, images and designs related to Concierge234 are our property or used under licence.

7.2 Limited licence to Affiliates

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use our name, logo, approved creatives and link formats solely for promoting Concierge234 under these Terms.

You must not:

  • Modify our logos or trademarks without written consent
  • Claim ownership of our intellectual property
  • Register domains, profiles or pages that impersonate Concierge234 or are confusingly similar to our brand

We may revoke this licence at any time, with or without cause.


8. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

  • Advertising and consumer protection laws
  • Data protection and privacy laws
  • Anti-spam and electronic communications laws
  • Platform-specific rules for any channel you use (e.g. WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.)

You are solely responsible for your own marketing content, methods and compliance.


9. Fraud, Abuse & Our Rights

9.1 Fraud and prohibited conduct

We have zero tolerance for fraud and abuse, including but not limited to:

  • Fake, duplicated or artificially generated bookings or sales
  • Misuse of coupons, discounts or vouchers
  • Manipulated traffic, bots, click-farms or similar techniques
  • Creating multiple accounts to bypass rules or exploit tiers
  • Misrepresenting Services, charters or classified listings to customers

9.2 Investigation & audit rights

We may, at our discretion:

  • Review or audit your affiliate activity and traffic sources
  • Request reasonable information or clarification from you
  • Temporarily hold or cancel Pending/Approved commissions while we investigate suspicious activity

9.3 Consequences

If we determine that you have engaged in fraud or serious breach:

  • Your affiliate account may be suspended or terminated immediately
  • Current and future commissions may be cancelled
  • You may be permanently banned from this and other programs run by Concierge234 or related entities

10. Term, Termination & Changes

10.1 Term

These Terms are effective from the date your affiliate application is approved and continue until terminated by either party.

10.2 Termination by you

You may terminate your participation at any time by:

  • Notifying us in writing, and/or
  • Ceasing to use and promote your affiliate links

10.3 Termination or suspension by us

We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Fraudulent, abusive or harmful behaviour
  • Extended inactivity
  • Business, operational or legal reasons

10.4 Effect of termination

Upon termination:

  • You must immediately stop using Concierge234 affiliate links and remove our branding and creatives from your platforms.
  • Pending commissions may be cancelled at our discretion, especially if related to upcoming Services or unverified sales.
  • Approved commissions may still be paid according to our normal payout schedule, except where linked to fraud, chargebacks or abuse.

10.5 Changes to the Program or Terms

We may modify:

  • These Terms
  • Commission rates and structures
  • Program rules and eligibility criteria
  • The Services and commissionable categories

at any time. We will aim to notify you of significant changes via email, notice on the Site, and/or via your affiliate dashboard. Your continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

11.1 No guarantee of earnings

We do not guarantee:

  • Any particular level of traffic, bookings or sales, or
  • Any particular level of income or profit.

Your results depend on your own efforts, audience and marketing strategies.

11.2 Vendors and Services

We are not liable for:

  • Vendor acts or omissions, misrepresentations or service quality issues
  • Issues with charter operators or classified sellers
  • Disputes between vendors and customers or between buyers and sellers

We will, however, use reasonable efforts to maintain quality standards and assist in fair resolutions where appropriate.

11.3 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Concierge234 and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill
  • Any amount exceeding the total commissions paid to you in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the primary country in which Concierge234 operates the Site, without regard to its conflict of law rules (for example, Nigerian law for a Nigeria-based Site or South African law for a South Africa-based Site), unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

In the event of a dispute:

  1. You agree to first attempt to resolve the matter with us in good faith via written communication.
  2. If unresolved, the dispute may be submitted to the competent courts of that primary jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law requires a different forum.
